My Projects
What’s on my tools

Crochet
My current crochet focus is a Granny Hexagon sweater that I started around late 2023 or early 2024. This is a handy travel project to keep my hands busy and still pay attention.

Sewing
Most of my sewing is currently historical. I have 19th century undergarments to make or modify for both the 18-teens and 1860s. Also, a test dress in cotton to use as the eventual pattern for my Starfleet inspired, 1812 ballgown.

Knitting
The first project drawn during my Great WIP Down Project in December 2025, was my largest project that had the least amount completed. A silk lace shawl that should use about 1700 yards once complete. It was at 17 rows complete of 181 rows total when I picked it back up.

Spinning
My biggest push right now is preparing wool for the coming reenacting and volunteer season. I have at least 2 weekend events and 5 one day living histories where I will be demonstrating spinning and talking about wool. Have I cleaned enough for the season? Or will I be washing wool all summer? (The verdict? I think I have enough!)
